Shop the Image
Analysis of various pages on the site showed that users were clicking on images expecting to be taken to the products in the image, but either the images were unlinked or they were taking users to another page, causing frustration. After several iterations we arrived at a simple functionality called “Shop the Image” which shows an icon on shoppable images, alerting users that they can click to see the featured products.

Visits with Shop the Image usage have higher AOV, higher PDP views per visit, higher % reach PDP, and higher % reach ATC vs visits without.
