Building on the success of the Neiman Marcus iOS app, I collaborated with Creative, Marketing, and Business teams to design the Bergdorf Goodman app, creating a luxury experience that blends editorial storytelling with a seamless shopping journey. Using a shared React Native codebase, we streamlined development and enabled scalable feature rollout across brands. I helped implement a flexible content model, native checkout, enhanced product recommendations, and a Message Center, all improving performance, engagement, and customer experience.
