Bergdorf Goodman / 2025

Mobile PDP Redesign

I led a hypothesis-driven redesign to position the product image gallery and key details—brand, description, price, and promotions—fully above the fold, aiming to increase conversions and add-to-bag actions. Initial A/B/C testing at Neiman Marcus projected a significant revenue impact. Iterating the design for Bergdorf Goodman, I optimized the UX and styling for a luxury experience, enabling faster implementation and achieving results proportional to BG’s scale. This work demonstrates how thoughtful, user-focused design decisions can drive measurable business impact across brands.

UX and Strategy

• Conducted competitive and inspirational audits

• Balanced business goals with user needs

• Iterated flows to optimize mobile usability

Design

• Developed wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Created A/B test layouts to validate hypotheses

• Oversaw QA to ensure design fidelity across devices

Results

The redesign significantly improved mobile conversion and drove meaningful incremental revenue. Beyond the metrics, it elevated the mobile PDP into a more luxurious, user-centered experience that better engages shoppers and reinforces Bergdorf Goodman’s brand standards.
