Quick Links

I led the design of Quick Links for Tiffany.com to better support users who felt overwhelmed by large product assortments. Drawing on post-relaunch user research, I created a component highlighting a curated set of images and links at the top of PLPs, directing shoppers to “Curated PLPs” with a smaller, guided selection of products. I designed, tested, and iterated the component, and the implementation on the live site received positive user feedback while driving measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
