Shop the Image
I identified a gap in user expectations where site images were often unlinked or misdirected, causing frustration. Through iterative design, I created “Shop the Image,” a clear visual cue that opens a shoppable product flyout, enabling users to explore and purchase items directly from imagery, creating a seamless shopping experience.

Results
Visits with Shop the Image usage showed stronger engagement and performance, with higher average order value, more product detail page views per visit, and increased rates of reaching PDPs and adding to cart compared to visits without.
