Sustainability Hub

I collaborated with Tiffany & Co.’s Sustainability team to transform the annual printed Sustainability Report into an engaging digital platform known internally as the Sustainability Hub. This broadened accessibility, streamlined yearly updates, and ensured compliance with evolving legal reporting requirements.

UX and Strategy

When we first began the project, we audited the most recent Sustainability Report to identify key content areas that we could use to group the report into digestible sections.

Core tasks included:

• Competitive and inspirational audits

• Defining key business and content needs

• Sustainability Hub structure and linking

• Wireframes

Design

In the first year, I designed and built all of the pages for the Sustainability Hub, later working closely with the Digital Creative and Site Publishing teams on the build. As our site features increased, we were able to refine the design to create easier navigation and cohesion between all of the pages.

Design considerations included:

• Cohesive style and layout between pages

• Standard navigation and recirculation for all pages

• Mobile-friendly layouts in terms of imagery and copy

Follow Up

Ongoing iterations leveraged analytics, SEO, and user insights to optimize the pages, with clear recaps and recommendations shared across teams to drive continuous improvement.
