Mobile PDP Redesign

I led a hypothesis-driven redesign of mobile PDPs, positioning the product image gallery alongside key details—brand, description, price, and promotions—fully above the fold. I designed and implemented multiple variations for an A/B/C test, analyzing results to determine the most effective layout. The “Leading With the Image” approach increased conversion rates and add-to-bag actions while reinforcing a premium, luxury feel, demonstrating how user-focused design decisions can drive both engagement and business impact.

UX and Strategy

• Conducted competitive and inspirational audits

• Balanced business goals with user needs

• Iterated on flows to optimize mobile usability

Design

• Developed wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Created A/B/C test layouts to validate hypotheses

• Oversaw QA to ensure design fidelity across devices

Results

A/B/C testing demonstrated significant revenue potential, with measurable improvements across key metrics including revenue per visit, units per visit, add-to-bag actions, conversion rate, and average order value.
